🔵 “Speak What Was Silenced”
🌙 Narration:
When the throat closes, truth dims.
When it’s overactive, we may speak without alignment.Entities may attach here when truth is suppressed, when words were punished, or when silence was safer than expression.
It’s time to give your voice permission to return.
đź”® Step 1: Pendulum Questions for Throat Chakra
Ask your pendulum:
-
“Am I holding fear around speaking my truth?”
-
“Is this entity tied to suppression, shame, or silence?”
-
“Is this chakra overactive due to defensive speech or projection?”
-
“Is there unspoken emotion or trauma locked in my throat?”
-
“Am I carrying ancestral patterns of silence?”
🔊 Step 2: Expression & Resonance Practices
Choose one or more:
-
📣 Speak aloud what you’ve been holding inside—even if just to yourself
-
🪞 Voice mirror: Look at yourself and say, “This is what I need to say…”
-
🔵 Color meditation: Visualize a soft blue light glowing and spinning in your throat
-
đź’¬ Affirm:
“My voice matters. My truth is sacred. I express with clarity and kindness.”
-
✍️ Write and read aloud: Channel inner truth without judgment
-
🎵 Sound: Chant “HAM” (Throat Chakra bija mantra) with an open throat and steady breath
âś‹ Step 3: Clear Residual Energy
Hold the pendulum just above the collarbones and say:
“I now release suppression, fear, and distortion from my voice.
I reclaim the power and clarity of my expression.
My Throat Chakra is clear, aligned, and truthful.”
Let the pendulum move and complete the clearing.
🧠Then Ask:
-
“Is my throat now open and balanced?”
-
“Is there more I need to express before moving on?”
-
“Is it safe for me to speak my truth fully now?”
