🌙 Narration:

When your thoughts feel foreign, chaotic, or intrusive, it may not just be mental noise.

Entities can whisper doubt, mimic intuition, or spiral old stories.

But you are not your thoughts. And your mind is not their playground.


🔮 Step 1: Pendulum Questions

Ask:

  • “Is this entity influencing my mental state or thought patterns?”

  • “Is it amplifying fear, shame, or confusion?”

  • “Is my Third Eye or Solar Plexus chakra involved?”

  • “Is there an energetic hook in my mental body?”

  • “Am I ready to clear and reset my mental field now?”


🧘 Step 2: Mental Clearing Practices

Choose one or more:

  • ✍️ Write the intrusive thought on paper, then cross it out and rewrite a true statement

  • 🧠 Visualize your mind as a sky—watch the thought as a cloud that drifts and dissolves

  • 🧿 Third Eye breathwork: Inhale into your forehead, exhale out the crown

  • 💬 Affirm:

“I am the thinker, not the thought.
My mind is clear. My inner voice is sovereign.”

  • 🌀 Smudge or cleanse the head/forehead area with sound, smoke, or saltwater

Step 3: Use Pendulum to Clear Entity Thought Influence

Hold the pendulum over the Third Eye and say:

“I release all thought patterns, projections, and false voices not aligned with my truth.
I reclaim my mental clarity and intuitive knowing.
My mind is now free of distortion.”

Let the pendulum swing until it stops.
