Some entities don’t just influence you—they feed from you.
Especially from unexpressed grief, repressed anger, or chronic guilt.

These emotions act like a slow burn inside the body.
The moment you feel them consciously, they lose their grip.


🔮 Step 1: Pendulum Questions

Ask:

  • “Is this entity feeding on suppressed or stored emotion?”

  • “Which emotion is it most connected to—fear, sadness, anger, shame?”

  • “Is this emotion tied to my inner child, or a past event?”

  • “Do I need to release this energy before the entity can be cleared?”

  • “Is now a safe time to feel and move through it?”


💔 Step 2: Emotional Release Practices

Choose one or more methods:

  • 😢 Cry on purpose—put on music or images that open the gates

  • 🗣 Scream into a pillow or speak what was never said

  • 🖊 Write a raw, uncensored letter (you don’t have to keep it)

  • 🎵 Play a song that matches the emotion and move your body

  • 🧘 Place your hand where you feel the emotion in the body and breathe into it

Say aloud:

“It is safe to feel this now.
This does not define me.
This leaves my body as I honor it.”


👶 Step 3: Inner Child Witnessing (if applicable)

If your pendulum says this emotion connects to your inner child:

  • Visualize yourself at the age when this emotion was first felt

  • Speak gently to that version of you:

“I see you. I hear you. You never should’ve had to hold this alone.
I’m here now, and we’re not carrying this anymore.”

  • Hug yourself, or place a hand over your heart and belly

Step 4: Use Pendulum to Complete Emotional Clearing

Hold the pendulum over the heart, solar plexus, or sacral chakra. Say:

“I now release this emotion from my field, fully and completely.
I reclaim the energy it once consumed.
I no longer consent to being drained by this feeling or any entity connected to it.”

Let the pendulum settle.
